Designed to offer a premium wine and dine experience, the event paired exquisite culinary creations with elegant jazz performances in an intimate and serene riverside setting. This initiative reflects the resort’s commitment to becoming a premier culinary and lifestyle destination in Bali.

Led by renowned Wine Ambassador Merlitha R., and supported by PT Panca Niaga Bali along with globally respected wine brands including Dourthe, Finca Constancia, and Bach, guests were treated to a curated four-course dining experience. Highlights included a delicate Slow-Cooked Prawn Salad, the classic Beef Wellington as the main course, and a refreshing Green Tea Cake from Mulberry Place, accompanied by the venue’s signature cocktail, “Blue Hills”. Each dish was meticulously paired with premium wines—Grand Terroirs Bordeaux Blanc, Finca Constancia Tempranillo, and Bach Cava Brut—creating a symphony of flavors that delighted all senses.
